Anser started his career in the UK, by joining Deloitte Consulting in London. After consulting on some of the biggest global brands & a diverse range of NYSE listed clients, he soon discovered his passion for Marketing. Since then, Anser has been the recipient of multiple international awards including the coveted Cannes (thrice!) for his much acclaimed Digital Marketing Campaigns across South East Asia.
As an industry veteran & an accomplished cutting edge Marketer, Anser is a sought after Keynote Speaker at Marketing & Digital Advertising Conferences across Asia, Russia & USA. Anser has also been a Visiting Professor and Guest Lecturer at various top tier business schools such as Chicago Booth, SMU, London Business Schools and most recently Harvard Business School.
Anser’s expertise extends to Marketing Training & Capability Building.
Based out of Unilever’s London headquarters, in his previous role Anser had been responsible for training & upskilling more than 6,000 Unilever Marketers worldwide. Currently he is based out of Singapore, responsible for Unilever’s biggest global brand exceeding 1 Billion dollars in annual turnover.

Komal Thadani
Marketing Head – Open Cloud Infrastructure, Asia Pacific & Japan, Oracle

I am a marketing & sales leader with multi-cultural experience.

After a successful stint with leading technology firms such as Accenture and IBM, marketing cloud and SaaS solutions, I joined Oracle to head Field Marketing for their Open Cloud Infrastructure business unit for Asia Pacific & Japan. This business unit functions as a start up within Oracle with typical challenges of a start up. Under my leadership, I evangelised a digital mindset within this group by actively driving organic social media programs, creating web content and digital campaigns to drive revenue and profit goals for this business unit.

I am currently on the advisory board of the CMO Council, a peer to peer marketing network in Asia Pacific. In my spare time, I have mentored start-ups in the consumer space in their go-to-market strategies.

I am amateur photography enthusiast and enjoy capturing vivid moments which can tell stories.

I’m a highly experienced and successful Executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. In my capacity as Head of Marketing for IBM’s Security business I’m responsible for identifying and acting on industry trends and opportunities which will deliver business growth and competitive advantage.

Away from the office I have a healthy obsession for cycling, I thrive on the social and competitive aspect of any ride and actively seek out road and mountain bike races as an opportunity to explore new destinations.
