About the Instructors

Speaker, trainer and agency lead, Jeremy has worked in the digital marketing industry for over 10 years. Jeremy has helped corporations run highly profitable lead programs in the 7-figure range through multi-channel marketing (display, search, social, remarketing, seo, affiliates) and optimizing their marketing strategies and processes through data-driven approach.

He now helps businesses and individuals leverage digital marketing for business outcomes through a holistic framework of business metrics, media channels (paid, owned, earned), and interactive solutions in the capacity of a trainer, mentor or consultant in Digital Marketing Centre.

Eugene Koh
Management Consultant, EY

Eugene is a Management Consultant with EY Singapore and a passionate CX advocate. He has spent the last 15 years honing his skills as a Customer Experience Specialist at Accenture, Citibank, Marriott, Raffles Medical, and Adam Khoo Learning Technologies, guiding clients from SGX-listed companies, SMEs and government institutions drive organisational change and service excellence.

His focus lies in CX Strategy – embedding human-centered design philosophies and practices in his work, with a passion for Customer Experience, Branding and Leadership Development.

Majoring in Hospitality and Marketing, and having spent time at Boston University to deepen his knowledge in Corporate Communications and Applied Positive Psychology, Eugene’s mission at General Assembly is to empower individuals with the relevant skillsets to pivot for success in this modern and fast-changing economy.

Out of office, you will find him practicing yoga and attempting to attain his YTT-200 certification.
