The role of the CTO (or Technology Leader) is about much more than Technology. Good CTOs know that you must systematically address issues around People and Process in order to build a strong, scalable, and sustainable Technology stack. The CTO’s skills in business, product, creative, and social are critical factors in building successful technology teams. How do you become a CTO? How do you find, work with, or partner with a CTO (as a CEO, CXO, or VP of Business Development/Sales/Marketing)?
